Today Dr. Dressler repaired a severe fracture on a loving young Boxer named Rocky. He had jumped out of a truck bed in Kihei and broke his femur:
Here's his X-ray. Ouch! He received pain control, antibiotics, and the limb was stabilized. Next, it was surgery time...
He snoozed through his whole surgery. Finally, he got a brand new external fixator- check it out! This was bandaged up with special padding and he's on his way to running again in just a few months!
